NO tickets will be sold the night of the dance.

Tickets are available on SchoolCash:

https://huntsvillecs.schoolcashonline.com

or with cash or check in the HHS main Office.

Tickets must be purchased by

3:40 PM on September 15th

Only students on the ticket list will be allowed to enter the homecoming dance on 9/19/26. If you bought a single ticket through SchoolCash Online your name has automatically been added to the list. However, if you purchased more than one homecoming ticket through SchoolCash Online you MUST complete this form to assign that ticket to the name of the student who is coming as your date. This applies to both students who attend HHS and students who are outside guests.

If you are bringing an outside guest to homecoming you must also get an outside guest form from the office to submit and have your guest approved by an administrator. This could take several days. Outside guest forms must be approved by an administrator by 3:40 PM on 9/15/26.

If your date is not on the list to get into the homecoming dance they will not be allowed to enter. The only way to get your date on the list is to complete this form, unless they bought their own ticket through SchoolCash Online under their own account. This form will close on 9/15/26 at 3:40 pm.

This is an extra step this year, but our new online payment system to buy tickets does not allow students to add a name to their ticket.

EXAMPLE: If Alyse Brewer bought 2 tickets to the dance on SchoolCash, only Alyse Brewer's name will show up on the ticket list. Alyse Brewer must fill out the form above to have a date's name added to the ticket list for the 2nd ticket. Also... If Alyse Brewer's date does not attend HHS and there is not an approved outside guest form on file, then Alyse Brewer's date will not be allowed to enter the dance.

Counselors recommend that 12th grade students take the September or October ACT if they are still working to increase their score.

Students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch can use up to 2 fee waivers for the ACT. Fee waivers can be obtained from 12th grade counselor when school begins.
Attention Seniors and Senior Families!
These are the steps of how Seniors should request all transcripts for the colleges they are applying to. This includes traditional applications through individual universities, Common App, Match, Coalition, and Common Black App.

Transcript Requests -

Open for requests starting August 1st

All transcript requests for colleges will be made through Scoir AFTER August 1st See infographic above for detailed instructions. Students will be able to access Scoir on their school-issued devices when school begins, and they will be instructed on how to make the transcript requests.

College Applications for College Term - Fall 2027

Open on August 1, 2026

Step 1: Complete Application

Step 2: Request Transcript

Step 3: Send ACT Scores through myact.org (if needed)

Please DO NOT request a transcript until AFTER you have applied to the college. If this is done in the wrong order, colleges will not have an application to match with your transcript and will discard it.

Our nurses do an incredible job caring for students each day, from unexpected illnesses and injuries to managing medications and chronic health needs. They are a vital part of what keeps our school running smoothly, and we are so grateful for all they do!

As we prepare for the new school year, we also need our Panthers and their families to help us keep everyone healthy. Please remember:
  • If your student requires medication during the school day, make plans to drop it off with the proper paperwork before school starts (see the info on how below).
  • If your student is sick, please keep them home until they’re feeling better.
  • Encourage students to come to school hydrated, well-rested, and ready to learn.
  • And don’t forget to pack those reusable water bottles! It gets hot outside!
When families, students, and our school work together, everyone benefits. Thank you for helping us create a healthy, safe, and successful school year for all our Panthers!
